Welcome to Baer Swords HEMA Judging Certification

This training will guide you step by step through a process to train you to become a better judge and to achieve a Judging certification. If you continue your training you can study for and get a Director’s certification as well. This gives you an ID card to show at tournaments, proving you’re qualified to Judge or Direct, and gives you the tools to back up that claim.

Here, we will teach you how to improve your judging skills, maintain them through practice, and give you the confidence needed to Judge at even the highest levels of competition.

Once you've proven yourself as a competent judge, you can move on to get certified as a director and will receive a personal invitation via email to begin this process.
